1500 Meter Personal Best For Howley

Julia Howley recently shattered her personal best for 1500 metres at the Bryan Clay Invitational track meet in Azusa, California. Her time of 4 minutes 25.45 seconds bettered her previous record by five seconds.

Howley is in her junior year at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC.
