BNL is starting up a weekly ride for anyone 50+ years old aka a Seniors Ride! Riders of all abilities are welcome especially novice riders as this is a great opportunity to get out with a group on very low-traffic routes such as the railbed.
Meet at the Bowring Park west end gravel parking lot 9am Wednesdays starting tomorrow May 24. There is no cost other than a BNL membership which you can pick up at bnl.nf.ca. Helmets are mandatory and you should also bring a water bottle, a spare tube, and a couple of bucks for a coffee stop.
