McIlroy Running Wales 5-Day Dragon's Back Race

Caroline McIlroy is one of 223 runners in Wales for the 5-day legendary Berghaus Dragon’s Back Race, a "5-day 315k journey with 15500 metres of ascent across wild, trackless, remote and mountainous terrain".

Caroline finished Day 1 yesterday in 10 hours 7 seconds in 3rd place with 4 days to go.
