Papail Breaks 3 Hours In Chicago

Lord's Cove native Leo Papail ran the recent Chicago Marathon in 2 hours 50 minutes 40 seconds finishing in 373rd place out of 45,000 runners! He was also top ten Canadian finisher and set a personal best.

Turning to cross country events for the fall Leo had a 3rd place podium finish at a Toronto race and will compete in nationals in Kingston. His plans for next year include both the Berlin and New York marathons.
