Hypo Half Marathon Training With Joe Ryan

Want to run your first (or best) winter half-marathon. If so, why not join up with an enthusiastic and spirited group of fellow runners and train for the challenging Hypothermic Half Marathon in February. 
This 12 week training program is designed to help you meet this winter challenge. Sessions will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm and Sunday mornings at 8:30am. The option of a Wednesday evening and a Saturday morning session will also be available.
