Papail Among Top 10 Canadians In New York

NLRunner Leo Papail finished last week's New York Marathon in 2 hours 43 minutes 2 seconds placing 246 out of some 53,000 runners and in the top ten of Canadian runners. His sub-2:45 performance gives him guaranteed entry into Berlin, Germany and Tokyo.

Leo is originally from Lord's Cove on the Burin Peninsula and now lives in Beeton, Ontario.
