San Francisco Women's Marathon
Pictured left to right are Madonna Wadden (6:03:00), Nadine Adams (5:18:16) and Karen Mearow (5:23:59) at last weekend's Nike San Francisco Women's Marathon.Nadine says "It was quite an experience to run this race . It is a fundraiser for Leukemia and Lymphoma. I often ran next to survivors and those running in memory of loved ones. I thoroughly enjoyed myself every minute of the 5 hours. It was my first marathon and I had my best 5K, 10K, 16K, 21K and 32K. The scenery is stunning and the hills were a piece of cake. I certainly would do it again in a heartbeat."
